Car hire giant revamps its customer loyalty scheme

Car hire giant, Enterprise, have revamped their customer loyalty scheme by offering greater rewards for frequent travellers with the car rental provider.

Whether you’re a regular customer with Enterprise for business or leisure purposes, as long as you’re aged over 21 years of age, you can sign up to the brand new Enterprise Plus Loyalty scheme re-launched this month by the leading car hire operator.

It’s completely free to join the Enterprise Plus Loyalty scheme and those who wish to sign up can do so online, via the phone or in person and one of the many Enterprise rental centres in the UK. Existing members of the Enterprise customer loyalty system can also enrol on the new, revamped scheme.

Frequent travellers with enterprise who sign up for the new scheme will be rewarded with free car hire days and they’ll also receive regular email updates with member’s only exclusive deals. As long as the car hire customer rents a vehicle with Enterprise at least once every two years, the points they accrue will not expire.

Every time they make a car hire booking, the member must provide their membership number to ensure the points are added to their name. The more points they accrue, the higher their membership status becomes with a bronze, silver and gold ranking system.

Enterprise say they hope the new loyalty system will reward its regular customers and provide generous rewards in exchange for their commitment to the brand.
