In a plea to extend their fleet and area coverage, the businesses will come together under the Enterprise Flex-E-Rent sub-brand. This is the commercial division of Enterprise that has received substantial investment in recent times, commonly referred to as ‘the future of Enterprise’.
According to sources, the two companies will now boast a fleet that comprises of 45,000 commercial vehicles, giving them a huge proportion of the market share. Make up of SUVs, EVs, hybrids, 4X4s, luxury cars, LCVs, and HGVs, the two businesses can now accommodate all types of customers looking for all types of vehicles across the globe.
“Our goal is to become the UK’s principal mobility provider for businesses and private motorists, for any type of vehicle, for any period of time. With SHB Hire, we can better support customers requiring commercial vehicles,” said Khaled Shahbo, Managing Director of Enterprise Holdings UK and Ireland.
