Hertz Car Hire have just launched a brand new rewards scheme for US customers which will offer a faster and more effective way for car rental customers to collect points and receive their rewards.
The Gold Plus Rewards scheme will offer flexible rewards options for customers with new features including points which never expire, any day reward periods, easy online point redemption facilities and international points accrual.
As a special introductory offer, the car hire giant is offering customers the chance to sign up for the Gold Plus Rewards card for free for a limited period only, the sign up would normally cost $60. In addition to this incentive, Hertz will also add 500 points to the loyalty card of new customers signing up within the limited period, which is the equivalent to a free weekend car rental.
1 point is rewarded for each dollar spent on qualifying car rentals with Hertz. Customers will collect points each time they hire a car and can redeem their points at any given time in exchange for free car rental services. Because the loyalty card points never expire, customers have the freedom to redeem their points at a time which is convenient to them, plus there are no blackout days so loyalty point can be exchanged for free car hire on any day.
Hertz say the revamped loyalty card system has been designed in conjunction with their customers in order to offer them the kind of flexible rewards scheme they want.
