Celebrity dress hire agency, The Closet, is due to sell of a huge chunk of its stock with week in Manchester as it prepares to make way for new additions to their rental service.
The designer dress hire company, The Closet, was set up last year by three Hollyoaks actresses Claire Cooper, Leah Hackett and Jennifer Metcalfe. The hire company offers fashion fans the chance to rent a designer dress for a fraction of the cost it would be to buy. Many of the dresses have even been worn by celebrity names so customers have the added bonus of hiring a frock as once seen on the red carpet.
The dress sale in Manchester last week was held to make way for new stock ready for the new season. The three girls behind The Closet say they wanted to sell of their popular dresses so the customer would have a chance to wear their item before the fashions change.
Although the majority of the dresses fall into a size 10, there were a designer items ranging in size from 6-14 available to purchase. Among those designer wares up for sale in Manchester on Friday were dresses that have actually been worn by Cheryl Cole and Tess Daly for awards ceremonies and after show parties.
