About Anything for Hire:
Anything for Hire is part of the Award Winning company, based in a vibrant sales call centre in Cardiff. We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our sales team. Our sales staff work handling hot leads through mainly inbound and outbound calls, sourcing transport ranging from limousine hire, wedding car hire, coach hire, luxury supercar hire & helicopter hire for a variety of events across the UK.
Individual requirements:
- Target-driven and ambitious
- Good Communicator
- Excellent operational and organisational skills
- Can work well as part of a team or individually
- Proactive, self-motivated and professional
- Works well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Sense of responsibility and integrity- Able to manage difficult situations.
Sales experience would be great however not necessary (As full training is given)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Competitive basic salary plus healthy (monthly) commission
- Handling inbound calls to meet the client's needs
- Contacting existing customers and prospective clients by telephone and email
- Quality controlling your bookings before payment is processed
- Attending regular meetings with your managers to communicate issues/feedback- Generating new business
- Upselling/Cross-selling opportunities to existing customers- Meeting realistic sales targets
- Attending relevant in-house training sessions to help maintain high standards of excellence
