HSS Tool Hire has also created an overhaul of its maternity and paternity leave conditions for its workers. Formerly maternity leave was as per the statutory conditions, now however maternity leave provides the employee with 90% of their wage for the first 12 weeks, while paternity leave has increased from two days to one week on full pay.<\/p>\n
Since HSS Tool Hire introduced its online flexible benefits scheme and childcare vouchers incentive in April, it\u2019s reported a 50% take-up of its package which indicates that the new benefits have been welcomed by the staff.<\/p>\n
