As you know we love to celebrate the hire industry, especially when something great has been achieved. This is why we were eager to share the news of wedding hire firm<\/a>, L & J Formal Hire<\/strong>, having this week won the North West Award for the second year in a row. Recognised for their incredible attitude towards standard of service and customer satisfaction it appears the accreditation is somewhat deserved.<\/p>\n

With a mission to streamline the wedding planning process the firm offer consultation, measuring, fitting and delivery services to happy couples across the Middlewich area, with owner, Colin, very excited by their second award ceremony triumph.<\/p>\n

Colin said:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe weren\u2019t expecting to win, we just went to have a good time and dress up \u2013 something we don\u2019t usually get to do as we are too busy helping set other people up for dos!
\n\u201cLast year I was gobsmacked, this year we are pleasantly surprised and a little bit in shock. It was a good night as well, we met other companies in the same industry, old friends and new.
\n\u201cThere were other companies on the same table who had been through their categories and not won, so when our name was called they jumped out of their seats and started clapping.
\n\u201cMiddlewich is on the map again\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

With votes\u00a0in the hands of brides and grooms the nominations therefore come from the people that matter, having experienced the service themselves and qualified to make comment. With so many award ceremonies simply used for promotional purposes it is nice to see the hire industry being recognised for the service they provide to brides and grooms.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe voting is based on quality of service, price and customer relationship, so we must be doing something right.
\n\u201cWe are quite a lot cheaper than a lot of other companies, and if customers want to see us they make an appointment and it\u2019s not like an open shop. It\u2019s all personal.
\n\u201cThe award has given us a bit of recognition. We have been running for 20 years, and a couple of times we have bene nominated but not got into the final. Suddenly we have got there.
\n\u201cI have met brides and grooms who have seen last year\u2019s award in the Guardian and said congratulations. It definitely helps, and puts the icing on the cake.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
